NORMAL is a young and dynamic Danish retail chain that opened its first store in April 2013. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly and now operate nearly 1000 stores across nine markets. Our expansion now continues in Austria, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our adventure! Is that you?

The Job
You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the rest of the store team, driving growth and sales. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a unique shopping experience every time they visit your store.

We won’t burden you with long manuals or rigid central control. Instead, we expect you to take responsibility - together with the Store Manager - for sales, store standards, and leadership.

We are busy, so you must be ready to take ownership and go the extra mile. You should be able to work strategically with our exciting range of products, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and neatly presented.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in retail.
• Passion for store operations and merchandising to ensure high store standards.
• Ability to create great customer experiences that encourage repeat visits.
• Independent, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• A visible leader who leads by example—with a positive attitude—and can turn ideas into action.

Practical information:
We’ll be reviewing candidates at the end of December and will invite selected candidates to attend an in-person interview on January 5th.

The minimum gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement for employees in the retail sector amounts to EUR 2.471 on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay above this amount.
